Why We Serve

There are many satisfying ways to participate and get involved, for all ages. God specially designed you to make a difference! We don’t just try to fill slots; we encourage persons to serve with their unique skills, talents, abilities and gifts.

One Unforgettable, unique Opportunity! July 7-17 Learning & Service Tour (Colombia, South America)! This summer Chet and Micah will be leading 15 others on an unforgettable, learning adventure. This trip to South America will be the first for LifeBridge, though there will likely be others in upcoming summers.

"It isn't that LifeBridge doesn't challenge me to get involved or be a better person, just the opposite. I feel like it is ok not to be perfect as long as I am striving to be better. It is a place where I feel comfortable and find that I am among other like-minded people in a close-knit community.
In the past, I would often look for a good reason to skip church that Sunday ("I'm a little under the weather...."). But, since I have been attending Lifebridge, I find that I look for excuses to go to church ("I'm not that sick...") or go help out with a project."

We serve our way into feeling

• Volunteer with our “New Baby” Project that distributes many items to new moms and dads who cannot afford the many items needed to welcome a new baby into their home.
• Create Flower Arrangements, banners, art work, or photography to enhance our meeting place.
• Painting or Light Carpentry
• Play / Sing on the worship team.
• Welcome people as a greeter (arrive 9:15 am Sundays)
• Translation (English to Spanish)
• Teaching English or Spanish as a second language
• Cleaning, sweeping, organizing
• Contributing refreshments for Sunday Mornings
• Waxing Floors
